LAHORE - The Mobilink Foundation has donated 1,000 school bags, made from recycled advertising material, to the Sindh Education Foundation (SEF). The school bags were handed over by Mobilink Foundation Torchbearers at a ceremony organised at the SEF Child Development Center, in Shershah, Karachi, says a press release.

Employee volunteers, known as the Mobilink Torchbearers, helped distribute bags amongst students at the school, using the opportunity to interact with the children and emphasise the importance of education for a brighter future.

Omar Manzur, Director Public Relations and CSR, Mobilink highlighted: The Mobilink Foundation is deeply committed towards making a difference in the lives of the underprivileged across Pakistan, especially our children.

The recycled bags allow us to contribute on the dual fronts of protecting our environment, as well as providing children with a durable educational aide. I would like to express my gratitude to the Sindh Education Foundation for allowing us this opportunity to interact with, and make a small difference to the lives of the children at their schools.
