Africa to display in Lahore again

LAHORE: ‘The Africa Show’ will be held on May 25 by the Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI).


Ambassadors and high commissioners of African countries are due to participate in the mega event which will include a conference and an exhibition. The conference will be divided up into two sessions, with Senator Ishaq Dar and caretaker Chief Minister Najam Sethi likely to address the conference.


The prime objective of the second “Africa Show” is to provide new business avenues and establish meaningful partnerships and joint ventures to enhance trade between Pakistan and African countries, according to the LCCI. The ambassadors and high commissioners of African countries working in Pakistan will present the business opportunities and scope in their respective countries for Pakistani businessmen while the exhibition will highlight the commercial and cultural potential of the African region.
