Forex reserves down to $11.7bn

KARACHI: Pakistanís foreign exchange reserves fell by $174 million to $11.764 billion during the week ended April 26 from $11.938 billion a week ago, the central bank reported on Thursday.

The reserves of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) reduced by 141 million to $6.676 billion as compared to $6.817 billion during last week.

The foreign exchange reserves held by commercial banks stood at $5.087 billion against $5.121 billion, showing a decline of 34 million over the previous week.
