KARACHI: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) announced its financial result for the quarter ending December 2012 Wednesday, posting unconsolidated earning per share (EPS) of Rs1.69 against a loss per share of Rs1.83 reported in the previous quarter and an EPS of Rs0.28 in the corresponding period last year.
The key reasons for the growth are the increase in termination rate for the international incoming calls.
A report of JS Global said they estimate that the recurring earning per share estimate was approximately Rs0.87 against an estimate of Rs1.1. However, PTCL did not announce cash dividend.
