KARACHI: A joint emergency meeting of MQM’s Rabitta Committee London and Karachi chapters has announced to stage rally outside Sindh assembly building on Friday morning against the Parchi and Extortionist Mafias operating in metropolis, reports SAMAA on Thursday.

According to the joint statement issued after the emergent meeting, MQM is desirous of hegemony of peace and harmony across Sindh but warned that its ‘peace-loving’ as well as ‘peace-promotion’ policies should not be treated as its weakness.

Karachiites, on their own, would deal with landlords and feudal lords with iron hands if the latter did not withdraw support to extortionist mafia in the port city, the statement threatened.

According to the statement, Anees Qaimkhani, the Deputy Convener of Rabitta Committee, appealed to the people of Karachi to fully participate in MQM’s today’s rally against anti-social elements.
