“The Software House of Kalia Group entitled “KalSoft” is the “Pride of Pakistan” and KalPoint.com is very vibrant website for true Pakistan.”

I would like to extend my heartiest congratulations to all of you on the upcoming Holy Month of Ramadan. Indeed, we are lucky to have this month as it brings a lot of disguised benefits that cannot be achieved even through 1000 prayers.

By the Grace of Almighty Allah, Ko-Ordination Group (KRG) which is striving hard to create an IT Culture in Pakistan, has yet again surpassed another milestone but this time, by reviving the spirits of National Unity between the brothers & sisters of Karachi & Interior Sindh mainly through the establishment of different IT Labs and Centres there. In Fact, KRG was warmly welcomed by the people of Interior Sindh from the very first visit that they made to Chohar Jamali – a remote locality of Interior Sindh where, KRG established a Computer Centre. All the residents of Chohar Jamali gave a warm and an exceptional welcome to each and every KRG member and the entire day seemed as an Eid festival. The same scenario occurred at the inauguration of different IT Centres at various other Interior Sindh’s places too. The sense of brotherhood was not only limited to the local population but many Ministers and dignified personalities of the locality also provided their utmost generosity to KRG in its noble and national cause. Mr. Usman Malkani, Mr. Salahuddin Haider, Sardar Shafi Muhammad, Mr. Shabbir Qaimkhani, Mr. Yaqoob Ilyas, Dr. Saeeda Malik, Mr. Syed Mustafa Kamal and Dr. Hameeda Khuhro with her entire family, are just to name a few who provided their utmost hospitality whenever and wherever required while, Mr. Salahuddin Haider had lunch with the entire team of KRG at circuit house, Badin and also provided them security on their way back from Badin to Karachi. Sardar Shafi Muhammad also provided delightful hi-tea to the entire KRG team when they visited a Karate programme held at Hyderabad few weeks ago. This mutual understanding and warm feelings have truly paved the way for bringing the people of Interior Sindh and Karachi together and through this noble act of KRG, peoples of Karachi and Interior Sindh are coming closer and closer with the passage of time. Moreover, the commitment shown by KRG through various social activities has also created a positive and progressive image of Karachites in the hearts and minds of Interior Sindh’s people.

Furthermore, the humble cause of KRG towards bringing an IT Revolution in the country has also been acknowledged at the Federal as well as each Provincial level. The suggestions given to government by KRG on various issues, are duly implemented which is evident from the fact that the Federal Government announced hiring only those individuals in government jobs who are IT Literate as well as passed an ordinance of giving Intellectual Property Organizations legal cover in order to curb software piracy on which, an editorial was written in one of the previous issues of KalNews. All of these steps were suggested by KRG and which can also be traced on all media records. KRG hopes that its endeavours will bear fruit and it will succeed in bringing the nation together on one platform while promoting IT all across the country. Aameen

With Best Regards,
