Departmentation is the division of work into logical grouping. It is usually done on the basis of functions performed, knowledge, project, nature of work or the mixture of these components. Moreover, the departmentation helps to control the stress and divides the responsibilities.

The departmentation at KKI is to achieve our goals effectively and carry out the business efficiently. The transformation into an exchange company brought drastic changes in our basic organizational structure and for the sake of laying a strong foundation for efficient accomplishment of our new business objectives and milestones, centralized management system was introduced in KKI. For this purpose, a Corporate Office (Head Office) was initially established and individual departments were formed as per  the nature of work.

The idea of centralized management has worked quite successfully and has given rise to strong team work and combined results for KKI. Every individual department is working like an SBU (Strategic Business Unit) and is making a clear difference in terms of achievement of the respective business objectives. It has enabled our organization to broaden the span of its control, has flattened the organization and has helped to maintain an effective management control. Most of all, it has helped to focus on our desired targets in the respective departments/ areas to reach them. The following departments exist at KKI:
