Moreover, Media and Publications activities of marketing department highlight the company features and specialities. These projects are related to the content writing of all publications of the company including The Bridge, KalNews, Company profiles, department manuals, websites, promotional items, brochures, etc.

With an objective to present the activities, progress, development and the specialities of KKI in the corporate world as well as in the general public, marketing department came up with an idea to launch “The Bridge”, an official newsletter of KKI. By launching The Bridge, KKI holds an honor to be the first Exchange Company to launch its official newsletter among all other Exchange Companies. Till present, five issues of The Bridge have been launched and within a year the readership of the newsletter has increased and reached more than 1500.

While keeping in front the frequent loss to the economy of Pakistan because of money laundering, anti money laundering was started as a new project in the marketing department in collaboration with R&D. Mr. Nabeel Iqbal, Manager Marketing and Mr. Naveed Butt, Manager R&D were given the responsibilities to conduct trainings on Money Laundering within the entire setup of KKI. In this context seven workshops have been arranged at KKI while a number of international conferences and seminar have also been attended

To meet the need of time, marketing dept in coordination with Human Resource dept focuses on the growing importance of training and seminars as it gives the staff new skills and knowledge and maintains existing skills, teaches management of work and thus increases the confidence. In this regard, it has arranged numerous workshops and seminars on Goal Setting, Stress Management, KKI Operations, SBP Rules and Regulations within the organization. The goal of the training was to deliver the highest quality education and training services to the staff to face the complexities of emerging concepts and technologies and make them easy to understand so that they can put them to work quickly and easily.

Marketing department is successfully carrying out its operations over a passage of time, have come up with new ideas and concepts which have won the confidence not only of the top management but that of customers as well. The performance of the Marketing Department is a result of the team work, without which every project would have been a dream.
